Will we be able to rent the use of our lot out when we're not using it?
    Absolutely! You may list your lot with the Resort Managers to be placed in a lot use pool. Any rent charged is between lot owner and guest. Lot owner is responsible to ensure their guests abide by all the Bylaws and rules of the Resort.

What will we own?
    Each lot owner will receive a fee simple Deed for their lot, recorded in Pend Oreille County. Lot owners will also be a member of the Skookum Rendezvous Condominium Association, granting shared ownership and use of the Resort common properties as per the Condominium Operating Statement. Each lot will be marked with Survey Corner Pins.

What are the association fees and other fees?
    There is a small annual Condominium Association fee set by vote at the Association annual meeting. Currently for 2007 the fee is $450 ($300 on unused investment lots), which is used to pay for expenses such as liability insurance, road and utility maintenance fund, and management. It can be paid by the year or at $40 (including Finance fee) per month. And, our power and property tax rates are among the lowest in the nation.

Can we purchase the use of more than one lot for our family?
    Absolutely! In fact, if you purchase 3 or more lots at a time, the owners will allow an additional $500 per lot discount. This is a perfect time to plan ahead for your children, friends, or just as an investment for the future!
